Vegas Rio casino the only online casino where you're 100% guaranteed to lose your money. They have more male of mine on file then I have of my own they'll play the mail me some identification game I mailed them birth certificates mortgage papers bank accounts passports none of it was good enough until they deleted my account with $300 still in it.

Vegas Rio Casino seems to be the biggest SCAM site ever. They suck you in with a $125 free chip. Most people don't hit playthrough and I did. I asked for a withdrawal around May 15th. I provided my ID and a credit union statement. They said they only accept bank statements. So I provided an internet bill in June. Then they said the withdrawal was cancelled and I had to initiate a new withdrawal. I did. They proceeded to approve my kyc documents. But then I had to initiate a new withdrawal. I did. Ive been speaking to their chat agents. Elena promised me I would hear from someone the next day. Four days later I spoke to Andy who said it was escalated. I spoke to Andy again today. He said it was processing. I asked him a question and he proceeded to say I didnt respond and ended the chat.

Facts: 1) I hit an insansely high playthrough. I am rightfully owed my $100 BTC withdrawal.

2) A blockchain transaction on BTC usually takes 30 minutes. Not almost two months

3) Chat makes promises. They apparently do not care to keep their promises. They make every excuse in the world NOT to pay you from slowing down your KYC to having xhat agents put you off to really anything. They never intend to pay you.

4) Apparently they are an unlicensed casino too? So,you cannot complain to a casino governing agency. Someone suggested complaining to interpol?

5) This casino does not intend to honor their side of the bargain. If a casino offers no deposit bonuses they need to honor the terms when you hit playthrough. They apparently have a pattern of making promises they do not intend to keep.


This casino is apparently fake, phony and run by scammers. They scam you if you it through playthrough. They scammed people who made large deposits. They have policies they do not honor.


My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO. Play at an online casino that has policies they intend to honor. It goes BOTH WAYS!!!! And they DO NOT HONOR ANYTHING.


Someone who validates KYC and completes all requirements shouldn't be put through this back and forth. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Hey. Hmm, I tried that too but it doesn't work for me either. How long has your situation been going on, because they won't let you withdraw money and you can't load the casino. Is your situation also related to the complaint you had against this casino ?
