What can the people at www.lottomat.com do to honor their withdrawal? In the past, I had 2 withdrawals from them that were approved. Now more than 15 days have passed and they have not approved the withdrawal.

Did you ask them what's going on when you haven't had an approved withdrawal for two weeks? I would have assumed that by this time, if they needed any documents from you, they would have asked them, but nothing like that has happened. Then I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens next since you have a complaint and our team is in the process of helping you.
