Wikiluck Stealing Funds - Rep here?

Is the Wikiluck rep still active?

The casino has taken €500 and claimed it came from a cashback bonus. However the bonus was added on August 28th. I logged in on Sept 14th and it had expired. So never used it.

The balance came from Aberdeen vs Hearts match and England back in June. The chat agent then started lying saying they were settled incorrectly, so I sent them the fact I bet under 4.5 and both finished with 3 goals and zero goals

I keep getting told to email but no1 responds.

Are they a scam?

Hello, I do not think there is a casino rep around. Frankly, our website does not handle disputes about sports-related matters; thus, I guess the rep would not respond anyway. Besides, the casino rating is quite poor, so I would not expect much, to be honest.

You can see from the bet history the balance came from the sports bet. No bets were placed on casino or sports when the cashback bonus was given that expired before I logged in again. You can then see on the 13th when I logged in the balance decreased by €114. So I withdrew €500. If the cashback bonus had been the thing to generate the funds the bet history would show +€600 for this period not minus.

I don't know if this is a mistake or they are a scam?

Perhaps you are referring to the sports betting forum category? Okay, noted. I read in the complaint that "The last time I played was August 1st, when I bet on Aberdeen Hearts. My bet won. I logged in to the account on September 13th. The balance has remained the same since the last bet. On August 28th, however, a cashback bonus appeared to be added, but because I never logged in to play it, it vanished." Furthermore, it appears that "You can see from the bet history the balance came from the sports bet."

It isn't related to sports betting. You can see as far as the casino are concerned the money came from cashback. It didn't. It came from a sports bet. But the complaint is about the casino thinking I converted a cashback bonus into real funds. You can see from teh screenshots that is not the case.

Your 'colleagues' rejected the complaint as they incorrectly said it was about sports betting. It isn't see attached.

Wikiluck have a rep on this forum, if you search them they were respodning a year ago.

If you believe my colleagues made a wrong call regarding the complaint, please explain that to them. I would love to help but the complaint system is not designed that way.

There is no currently active casino rep on the forum. The last login was in May, but there was no forum activity at all. There could be some recent activity in the complaints, but not in the forum.

In any case, casino reps usually avoid resolving players' issues on the forum and keep it all in the complaint threads. If that helps.
