Hello I just want you to know I really do enjoy playing windcreek I just had an incident that I walked away from just accepting what they said but still scratching my head. I was betting 108 a spin and had wild which included for all lines or the left side along with all other hot tamales on every line however only got paid 2400 for 27 line game. Now the payouts above on the screen said 20000 for all red hot tamales and I got paid 2,400.00whrnsubmitted it they kicked back told me it was paid out correctly. Because they paid out on the denomination and not by amount I bet?? if I am wrong I will accept it but the answer still didnt sit well with me. Please advise! I can support and screen prints necessary. Thank you
