i won $6000 on another casino last night as I hit 30,000x. Guess how long it took me to be paid? 4 hours. They sent my win to no limit city and was verified within hours.


They are lying and pretending the game play is being reviewed. It is not. They lock our withdraw options and put the money in our playable account. Most people here arent being paid and the ones who are are waiting months.


This is extremely rogue behavior. Lets lower that rating to about a 1.5/10

I didnt know this thread existed. I deposited solely on their rating here. Your guys rating needs a complete overhaul. A casino who lies and doesnt pay for months on end should be nowhere near a 7. It should be well under 5.


Because of your 9.3 rating, I am now fighting for my cashout and having to waste time and stress. This is not how a 9.3 rating casinos acts.

Hello, I completely agree with you, and I also posted numerous posts in this thread about the consequences of manual adjustments to the rating and its effect on the ability to resolve complaints. That is our most pressing concern. See also the Immerion casino thread—same situation.

Here are a few important details: The casino's rating is lower than 9.3, and we are approaching a breaking point in our complaint cooperation with them. If they fail to change this habit, the Safety Index of the casinos under this management will be significantly lower; however, the open complaints may eventually end up as unresolved because once the casino gets fully punished, the last reason for cooperation will end. The whole situation may very negatively affect a lot of players, and we have been aware of it the whole time.

Sadly, this is not just a "black or white" situation. 🙁

Hello, are you perhaps talking about the casinos pages, not the Casino Guru page? We can't access their sites to turn off the badge, but we wish we could.

Since the management is being punished for its lack of decent communication, I'm not surprised they did not turn off the badge on their site, but you can always check the Casino Guru casino review.

Never in my life of gambling (20 years) have I ever seen a casino group go offline with no notice and return. Never.

This casino wont honor the Ultimate request of CG to play the players in 7 days with open complaints on the site….


if a casino is doing a play audit and send the data to the provider to check, then the casino will always lock your account from withdrawing and playing because if the money u won is coming from Fraud or technicall problems then why the heck will they put it into your balance and have to wait minumum one month to check to be clear and in the meantime u can play with that money on all the slots or live games… do u even know how much the casino must pay to the providers that u all played with that balance if it becomes clear that the funds are not legal after the so called "PROVIDER CHECK" whahahhahaahhahaha im very sorry for the players but casinoguru with such much knowledge couldnt even saw this coming from a galaxy away ? They have find a glitch in ur rating service and took the F out of it 😂

Looks to me like Casino guru is getting paid affiliate money no problem... so they dont care about anything else.


They are letting this casino run their entire forum and break the rules all over the place. And all they get is a lowered rating to 7.4. Which is about 5 points too high.
