I submitted all the usual things and documents including passport, address etc. then they asked for a specific video and responded in minutes. I then immediately responded over a week ago and ever since there’s been no outcome. Every time I email they send the same response. It shouldn’t take this long at all and they won’t provide a time or indiciate how long I should wait. They have disabled the withdrawal feature
