I tested it and deposits are still working. But not withdrawals….Seems like the payment system glitch is a lie. Signs suggest cash flow.

Though as far as I know, deposits are not equal to withdrawals. I'm aware of a system that, when a player deposits, there is no action on the recipient's side; it is all initiated and completed by the user.

I empathize; it feels weird under such circumstances, so let's let the complaint team do their work.

fileEmail I got this morning. Same copy and paste as before. Tech issue still affecting withdrawals. Think I’m 10 days pending now.

They had said this would be resolved this week. It hasn’t been. I think it’s quite obvious what is happening here.

16 days since I requested the withdrawal. No response to any emails. CG know what's happened. They've seen it 100s of times. Got a compaint going but most pointless thing in the world, Zolo not active here and won't engage.
