Oh dear... I can assure you it’s not a scam. Sometimes you just need to be patient and since it’s the weekend, they likely have family commitments too. Based on my experienced you can use this forum to ask for help to communicate with Jozef and I am sure Radka, Romi and Jaro always happy to help with that..
