This company is nothing then a payment agent that operates for casinos. It wont surprise me if the casinos have build this company as it is impossible to contact them.

Unfortunately yes.
They are in breach of the Dutch and German gambling act since the casinos that uses their network claims to be legit/legal. (I did not save the chat so can't add it here) But once you start complaining about lack of responsible gaming tools etc they claim that they are not responsible and their T&C is leading.
In The Netherlands casinos that are regulated and legal to operate are the only casinos that are allowed to show iDeal as payment option in their casino. For all others this is strictly prohibited. If the Dutch Gambling Authority finds an illegal casino promoting iDeal it can lead to penalties which have been issued to several casino brands in the last two years.

Interesting statement from LiberSave.
You publicly state that "LiberSave itself is not a payment provider for gambling" and that "such models are expressly incompatible with our compliance guidelines."
However, my SEPA transactions in August 2025 were processed via LiberSave and routed directly to unlicensed gambling websites (Ybets.net and Immerion2.com). Both are illegal operators in the EU.
Even more concerning – LiberSave created an account in my name without my consent, in clear violation of GDPR Articles 5, 6, 7 and 32. I only discovered this when receiving an unsolicited "temporary password" email from LiberSave in my spam folder.
These actions clearly contradict your own compliance declaration and raise serious questions about how LiberSave verifies its merchants and protects user data.
All relevant evidence (SEPA transaction IDs, email headers, and screenshots) has been submitted to DVI Latvia, BfDI Germany, and the European Consumer Centre, yet no response has been received from LiberSave to date.
Perhaps you would like to publicly clarify how such "incompatible models" were allowed to operate through your system, and how an account could be created in my name without explicit consent?

I have already sent you multiple detailed reports since August 2025, including:
SEPA payment confirmations showing funds processed by LiberSave and routed to ybets.net and immerion2.com – both officially blacklisted by the Latvian Gambling Authority (IAUI) for illegal gambling operations in the EU;
an unsolicited "temporary password" email from LiberSave, proving that an account was created in my name without consent, in direct violation of GDPR Articles 5, 6, 7 and 32.
Your statement that "unauthorized account creation is technically impossible" is demonstrably false. The evidence I hold has been submitted to DVI Latvia (Data State Inspectorate), BfDI Germany (Federal Data Protection Authority) and the European Consumer Centre (ECC), who are currently reviewing this case.
If you still claim no such transactions or accounts exist, I will be happy to publicly share redacted SEPA transaction IDs, timestamps, and the IAUI’s blocking decision confirming the connection between your system and these illegal operators.
Transparency works both ways — not only when it suits your public image.

However, your statement that "none of the payments have been made to LiberSave" is factually incorrect. The attached screenshot from my LiberSave dashboard clearly shows two SEPA transactions dated August 23, 2025, including unique order IDs generated by your system.

These transactions were processed directly through your platform interface — not through any third party — and were later redirected to unlicensed gambling websites.
All related transaction data and evidence have already been submitted to the Berlin Data Protection Authority and BfDI Germany, where this case is currently under review.
Therefore, I invite you to explain publicly what these visible LiberSave transaction records represent, if not payments processed through your system.
Furthermore, it remains unclear why over multiple documented emails and formal submissions — all of which included LiberSave in CC — have received no response whatsoever.
Public transparency should begin with direct accountability to affected users, not with selective replies on public forums.

Despite multiple mails from my side trying to get explanation from your shady company I received NO RESPONSE. Thats why I forwarded my case to the German Authorities which are looking into your company and cooperation with illegal casinos.
This is also BS as I do find the name of a former casino which you call Forza Relax now and back in 2025 Forza. Something I can also proof with received e-mails from Libersave and not from Yapily connect etc.
For the Casino Guru Team it is worth the mention that this company is lying and doing all it can to avoid claims and liability for being complicit in cooperating with casino's by either facilitating money transfers or allow their platform to connect players with illegal casinos.
