Det virker simpelthen ikke...
Jeg har forsøgt at hæve 500 CAD siden den 22.11.
De bliver bare ved med at annullere og bruger som en undskyldning for, at Interac-overførsler vil timeout efter 48 timer. Det fungerer fint på andre kasinoer.
I morges forsøgte jeg at genindsende en annulleret anmodning... igen... for 4. gang... og deres side virkede bare ikke.
Support fortalte mig simpelthen at prøve igen i morgen og lukkede chatten.
Og jeg nævnte ikke deres forfærdelige KYC-proces...
Jeg vil indsende en formatklage i næste uge, hvis de ikke betaler mig.
Jeg mangler ord for at beskrive, hvor forfærdeligt dette casino er. Hvordan kan de overhovedet have en 9,2-score med en høj sikkerhedsscore? Det giver ingen mening. Casino Guru skal gøre dette rigtigt.

It simply doesn't work...
I've been trying to withdraw 500 CAD since 11/22.
They just keep canceling using as an excuse that Interac transfers will timeout after 48hours. Well it works fine at other casinos.
This morning I tried to re-submit a canceled request... again ... for the 4th time... and their site just didn't work.
Support simply told me to retry tomorrow and closed the chat.
And I didn't mention their horrible KYC process...
I will submit a format complain next week if they don't pay me.
I'm at a lost of words to describe how awful this casino is. How can they possibly have a 9.2 score with a high security score ? It makes no sense. Casino Guru needs to make this right.
