Jeg tilmeldte mig Betinia. Desværre er der kun negative oplysninger på Internettet, som jeg først opdagede senere. Jeg tilmeldte mig igen og deponerede et par hundrede € i spil-vanvid og ansøgte derefter om en udbetaling. Nu er jeg lidt bekymret for udbetalingen. Betinia er nyt på markedet, men blev bedømt dårligt på Trustpilot, især i udbetalingsøjemed.

To be honest, I wouldn't trust to Trustpilot at all. We have a very bad experience with them. There was 1 user who was creating new email addresses and the player submitted many bad reviews on CasinoGuru. Trustpilot didn't want to remove them even though it was clear it's the same person.

So the negative reviews you saw can be submitted by the same person. Anyway, please, let us know if you have any issues with them 🙂

i would like to share about my experience with Betinia Casino. I registered there for the first time about two weeks ago. The first three withdrawals were made without any problems. After two days of waiting, the payment was made. Sometimes you need to remind the live chat that you have a payout pending, but that's not a problem. I also sent my verification documents. Now to the problem I have. A few days ago I wanted to log in to my Betinia Account again, but I got a system message that my account had been migrated to Cadabrus Casino.

At the time of the migration I had € 200 open withdraw at Betinia Casino.

These € 200 were simply transferred to cadabrus. But I would have expected Betinia to process the payout. Because I played with Betinia and not with Cadabrus.

I'm still waiting for a payout at Cadabrus and I can't reach anybody at support.

I am disappointed that I had such an experience.

Thanks for the update. I'd be disappointed as well. So do I understand it correctly that the Betinia Casino was closed?

Hi, they wrote the number of terms@conditions point which says that any time casino may close the account without further explanation...It happend soon after I submited documents to verify my account after many weeks of playing. I am sure my ID and utility bill are ok and they didnt say there was sth wrong with them but just closed the account. Actually I am not interested in the reason and I dont believe they would reveal the real one.
