I have been waiting for two weeks now for refund after closing account €330 chat is a complete waste of time starting to think won't get money. Is triumph based in Russia?

This is very interesting information, I can't imagine how this could help you solve your problem in their casino. Frankly, it seems they are not interested in any solution. Hoping our Complaint Team could reach them, however, I'd be very surprised if the casino will communicate with us.
