Jeg brugte den e-mail som bevis over for banken på, at forhandleren ikke svarede og manglede en hjemmeside eller gennemsigtig kundekommunikation. Banken iværksatte tilbagebetalingen, og halvanden måned senere modtog jeg en fuld refusion af alle gebyrer. Jeg håber, at dette hjælper.

cardaq contacted that in order to review the refund request

I needed to verify myself through a link

guys when I did verification and let them know

will they know what to refund

or I need to tell them which transactions!?.

They send another email asking for the transactions via bank statement and receipts etc after this i dont know what happens

can you help me with transactions linked to them so I won't screw up

What is everyone saying to Cardaq? I just got an email to say go to my bank

I said to them I will do a chargeback if my transactions not refunded accordingly

but I don't know which transactions Cardaq covers
