Jeg har fulgt med på denne side i 4 dage og læst det meste af dem.
Så jeg har to hovedfirmaer, jeg prøver at få penge tilbage fra: Pixelpay Solutions og Clarfinsupport.com.
Jeg er fra Halifax, som slet ikke er interesserede (jeg har været ærlig omkring spilproblemet). Deres svar er dybest set, at man får, hvad man betaler for. Jeg har MCC-koderne, som ikke er relateret til spil (IT, tøj osv.). Ingen af dem er 7995 MCC-koder. Har nogen haft held med Halifax?
Jeg har sendt e-mails til Pixelpay Solutions utallige gange, såvel som til Clarfinsupport, uden at få svar. Jeg fik dog talt med en person fra Pixelpay i telefonen, som var meget tøvende, da jeg spurgte, om det var Pixelpay, jeg talte med, og sagde, at jeg ville få pengene tilbage i dag, og at jeg skulle sende en e-mail. Jeg svarede, at jeg havde sendt 10 e-mails, hvorefter jeg ikke havde svaret, og hun sagde, at det ville blive ordnet i dag, på trods af at hun ikke tog noget navn, transaktionsoplysninger, beløb eller noget.

So I have two main companies I'm trying to get money back from Pixelpay solutions and Clarfinsupport.com
I am with Halifax who are not interested whatsoever ( I have been honest about the gambling issue ) their response is basically you got what you paid for, I have the MCC codes which are unrelated to gambling ( IT, Clothing etc ) none of them are 7995 MCC codes, has anybody had any luck with Halifax?
I have emailed pixelpay solutions numerous times as well as Clarfinsupport with no responses, I did manage to speak to someone on the phone from Pixelpay who was very hesistant when I asked if this was Pixelpay I was talking to and said I would be refunded today and to send an email, to which I replied I had sent 10 to no response and she said it will be sorted today, despite taking no name, transaction details, amounts or anything.
Halifax line is you got what you paid for, I said I want to raise the chargebacks under misrepresentation, but they are not interested despite admitting they have been processed completely incorrectly
In total its about £1000 but don't seem to be getting anywhere with merchants or Halifax
