Yes - but they were forced to do so after a long battle on AskGamblers. I won 17500 Euros and a Curacao site refused to payout as I was in a restricted country(was living in the UK at the time) - funnily enough they messed things up for themselves as it was proven they refused to refund people from the same restricted country who had deposited previously.

Nope - bank raised a dispute and have to wait 35 days - they won't respond as if they do they are signing their own death warrant so will get it back but just need to wait.
