We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Casino LOLAJACK, not registered in the UK. All transactions through different third party companies. Reviews suggest they have a Curucao license. Refusing to give any information in regards to their gambling license and cannot find anything in regards to their license on their site. They ask you to send an email to find out any information and when you do, you receive a ticket but they do not respond, week and a half later. Even after i read they take upto 24 hours to reply. The issue was underage gambling and they still have not closed the account down, continue to send promotions via email and i have tried to reach out to them, chat dont say anything. Just that you need to email as no company info can be given out in chat. When they found out about the underage gambling, chat was then disabled and they removed the UK for sign ups, i checked today and its still not allowing UK customers yet they did. They performed no checks, age verification etc. My question is, has anyone dealt with Lolajack? Does anyone know where their license is from? Actual license, anyone had issues with them or have any actual facts about them.

Like I said before. I disputed them on monzo. Monzo automatically declined them. Then a few days later the merchant refunded them anyway.

They normally block your Ip from accessing live chat. Had plenty of them do it before.
