Nothing through skrill themselfs, I just emailed the company name that came up and they refunded the next day, Skrill are strict on no gambling transactions so there should be a way to get refunded.

Cardaq, they asked for like 10 kyc documents and last update was like three weeks ago mentioning that the case was with their specialist team.. since then I asked for updates twice but zero respond back to me.

I haven’t had any response from Cardaq either despite doing KYC etc, I know I defo had transactions processed via them, I had screenshots showing them, they said they was investigating the transactions and that was back in April, still not heard anything from them despite sending them numerous emails, sent to ico and fca as well as they haven’t even provided me with a DSAR which I requested months ago 😅
