Hi Dani, just received a response from usupport regarding mixcrede and they’ve said they’ve checked on their end and they can’t find any payments linked to my email address. Did you have a similar experience? I’ve made the point that it’s likely that the merchant used a different email address due to the payments being fraudulent

after waiting 2 months for a £4350 withdrawal that never happened they email to say they have cancelled the withdrawal and taken that and the thousands of pounds that was left in the balance no explanation at all just all gone. Unfortunately I only realised after the win that this scam job had awful reviews. I fell for one of the emails they bombard you with. And still do now so a warning as I’m sure we all get our junk folder filled with these sites check every one before you deposit if the license part says it’s part of a master license from lava entertainment do not deposit you will never see any winnings.

They’ve come back and asked for my masked pan even though I shared an excel doc including all of it. They seem to be treating it with urgency which is nice. On another note, did you have anything this with Falcora finance? They go through naudapay/ noda.live, copied in clear bank (falcora’s bank) and banking circle and they are treating it with urgency, don’t want to speak to soon but they’re winding down operations so an FOS complaint will cause them issues, I think I may actually get a refund and had just shy of £10k with them
