I’ve just had a notification today saying that they’ve contacted the merchant and need to wait 30 days for their response. Atleast they’ve accepted the disputes.

just had and email from usupport to say they can’t see anything on their system for the payments to Rodcah, did you or has anyone else had this before they refunded. They are saying Rodcah isn’t them. Thanks
