Yes when transactions went via credit card intially it was for ‘digital_tech’ but than they show up as ‘tempobeats.ai’ which gave me address and website 🧐

Hi. Xpate processes payments for VDR. Unfortunately, it is very unlikely that they will issue a refund. The best option is to file a formal complaint. That said, based on what I've seen, they don't seem to be concerned about complaints. It almost feels as though they believe they have nothing to worry about.

Hi. They do everything they can to make sure you can't find out who the real merchant is. The only lead is Xpate. But they don't seem to care about complaints at all, and they don't issue refunds.

Nope no luck at all! Not sure who the processor is either 🙄

One option to find out who the processor is to try and deposit again at the casino (even by creating a different profile) and then obviously cancel deposit. Unfortunately for me for whatever reason they are not going through anymore so I can’t check
