I emailed delados about 10 days ago on a cluster of 3 merchants I believe attached to them. What did you send to them if you don’t mind me asking please? Did they come back to you straight away?

are you sure? Briqpay bought a company called swipez in 2022 i think it’s a completely different company. The domain swipez.eu was associated with the payment services provider Draph Solutions s.r.o. The Czech National Bank officially revoked the company’s small-scale payment service license, a decision that became legally effective on January 3, 2026.

anything we can do do you think. almost 4 grand for me and if i’d have seen it sooner i could’ve got them refunded. they were refunding up until the time the closed 🙁

I had refunds from CNPCTO through Walletto on 1st July so they must have cut ties very recently.

How the acquirer is identified

Every card transaction carries an Acquirer Reference Number — a 23-digit code that follows the payment through the network. Barclaycard’s app shows it under "Business number" when you tap into a transaction. Other banks display it too, sometimes as "reference" or "transaction ID."

The ARN is structured, not random. Digits 2 to 7 are the acquiring bank’s BIN — the institution that signed the merchant up and put its transactions into the Visa network. So in 7 402569 6101 00467414577 7, the acquirer BIN is 402569.

All 28 names above return 402569. They bill from six different towns, under thirteen different merchant category codes — digital games, e-books, stenographic services, schools and educational services, telecommunication equipment, family clothing, hardware supplies, and more. Some are spelling variants of each other rotating across consecutive days.

Twenty-eight unrelated businesses could in principle share one acquirer. But twenty-eight names with no traceable trading identity, no consistent stated trade, and rotating spellings, all onboarded by the same institution, is a different thing.

you got 10k back after raising a complaint with your bank? through chargebacks i assume? I’ve tried the complaint route but they won’t listen as soon as gambling is mentioned

can’t find either but i do have ravora on my statement. BIN is the same as the others meaning it’s gone to the same banking institution

from what I remember I filled out their contact form on their website explaining how the company were using miscoded MCC’s and potential money laundering etc.. they came back within a few days and the refunds appeared. I don’t have what I sent them unfortunately with it being on their web form
