This is the kind of replies I keep getting from Kryptonim. Ive shown them proof of ivy pay refunding for Kryptonim transactions with other users and they won't budge with me. I have raised a fraud report on revolut for my 19 transactions to kryptonim virtual services and Quantipay AG but I doubt that will be successful.

Please don’t raise a fraud claim for something that you know isn’t fraud. You could end up with a CIFAS mark which will screw you.

Hi. The email address I have for LOLPOK is info@lolpokled.io. In my case, the payments were processed through Xpate. Try contacting LOLPOK directly by email first — hopefully they will refund the transactions.
