Who's your bank ? have they defo opened a claim? or have they raised a claim and the specialist team is investigating ?

Chase, they've opened it and they're investigating it, they said they're going to do an investigation and if they need any more information they'll be in touch, and it may take a while longer due to the nature of the claim but it's been forwarded to the specialist team.

I bank with Monzo, I've reported all of my transactions as a scam. Stating that they're committing MCC fraud, transaction laundering and money laundering for an illegal service. All of which is totally true.


I've tried to withdraw my funds and I can't, hence why it's an absolute scam.

Be prepared to provide evidence, collect as much as you can, i've got a fair bit on this Santeda group and the multiple Nikotpf merchants, sent a good amount in, which is why i think they've escalated my chargeback dispute. We should all try and put up whatever evidence we can without sharing personal info and just do a group push on these dodgy merchants all at once, surely that'll trigger some kind of investigation.

There's a few guys over on the casinomeister forums who have had issues with these guys too, might be worth asking questions over there too.

So... MagicReels, who used to claim to be regulated in Curacao are now claiming to be self-regulated.

Hello. I am with a small community bank and I do not know how to go about starting the chargeback process. Do I say fraud? Or do I say it’s a casino without a license and now I want my funds back because it wasn’t what I received? Any help would be appreciated greatly!
