Yes. It’s a bank transfer. Essentially it’s transferred to a 3rd party provider, which they then transfer to the casino. The whole process is near instant once I sent it from my bank.
In my case the 3rd party is or Loonio. They just transfer the funds after I send it to their email. I believe the banks view this almost as a cash transfer almost, and a Google search shows that they will almost never do chargebacks on these types of transfers.

Skillz click - info@delados.co (wrote to them letting them know the company that was under them was miscoding MCC’s etc)

MIRAI- support@keyspectr.com (they will reject it and state they aren’t Mirai however they are as refunds came through from playctr at the exact same time and I hadn’t contacted anyone else)

Hi, I need some help finding contact details for two merchant descriptors.
The casino is refusing to let me withdraw my winnings, so at this point I’m at least trying to recover the money I originally deposited.

That makes sense. What dispute reason would you suggest using if the funds were credited to the casino but the actual issue was with the service or withdrawal rather than the deposit itself?
Have you seen banks accept a different chargeback reason in cases like that?

Refund arriving from "XLOFFICE" (Bridgend, CF31 1JF), pending on my Mastercard credit card. This is the €58.00 payment of 6 July, sent by email to support@xloffice.co.uk four times between 1 Sep and 30 Oct. They never replied but the refund came through 2 Nov.
