De skrev det samme til mig før, de mener at de støtter fuldt ud hvis du vil lave tilbageførsler, og de vil godkende disse tilbageførselsanmodninger direkte fra banken så det ikke skal tage flere måneder før du får pengene tilbage .


Skriv en mail til dem og spørg, om det er ok, at du laver tilbageførsler på transaktionerne, da du ikke har en konto hos dem eller brugte deres service, fordi du skal have en bekræftelse at vise til din bank 🙂


Så burde det ikke være et problem for banken at tage disse transaktioner op til tilbageførsel, bare vis mailen til banken og sig, at du er blevet bedt om tilbageførsel.


Det tog ca. 2 uger siden jeg havde alle pengene tilbage fra mobilumpay, de er få af alle disse firmaer der rent faktisk svarer på mails og tager sagen seriøst, de laver ikke selv en refusion, men man skal igennem banken.

I will keep on mobilium daily for a email update. I think I found seraphyx they seem to be interior design company based in London with a polish director which is weird as the address on the transaction on my statement is addressed to a place in warzawa in Poland I think both FARAMP and SERAPHYX are under mobilium as both addresses on my statement are the same place

Brilliant news you have managed to get somewhere with the bank and get your funds back. I’m struggling with one bank they are not understanding and emailing the merchants everyday with no response or funds returned. It’s so frustrating but I won’t give up. It’s £1400 in total.


i had some success with another merchant/bank. After emailing the merchant everyday to my surprise after about 4/5 weeks. Suddenly it was refunded back to my account. Such a relief 1,200.

It looks like its a "virtual office" that everybody can pay for and rent, making it look like thats their physical adress when they are actually not owning the place themselves.

Why have they done some but not the rest that really wierd isn’t it. I went through my bank statements last night and there is a few more I wanna do chargebacks for but scared of what to do either services not received or be honest and say gambling again
