De vil stort set kun meddele, om tilbageførslen var vellykket eller ej. Jeg vil vove at sige, at hvis du ikke har hørt andet (altså at de ikke behandler det) inden for 1-2 uger, så er de gået videre med det og sendt det til modtagers bank - og derfra kan det derfor tage alt fra dage til måneder, før det er løst.

If Swedbank accepts the chargeback, and sends it on to the card processor/payment gateway and they don't reply, you would in general win the chargeback. That's how I understood it.
