What I would suggest is that you contact the casino your are requesting a refund from. Velobet,Goldenbet,Cosmobet,Mystake, rolletto.

Go through customer support for the casino but address the email to Santeda BV and their CEO Andreas Andreou. Each time you communicate until they refund you. It’s all I did and it worked eventually. Obviously the ceo isn’t going to respond but it makes them aware you have done you back ground checks on them and know what your talking about. If their processor was Elegro hound them as well.
