So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Scatter if they took the transactions as the casino name I’d agree but they are not they are money laundering through companies we have never used and therefore it’s illegal so how about you grow and learn before judging. Also a lot of people on this forum are registered on Gamstop which should block this behaviour but it doesn’t because they are off shore and using fake descriptors

Jeg kunne have været enig med dig, og jeg havde de samme tanker som dig for et stykke tid siden. MEN hvis man tænker over det. Når du vinder på et casino, skal du bevise, at du ikke hvidvasker penge. Du skal bevise al din indkomst og alt det der. Men de hvidvasker selv penge og følger hverken lov eller moral. De er bare et par grimme hajer. Men du er velkommen til at prøve den "Gråtrunka" denne kan hjælpe dig foreløbig...

Yea, like many have said, I think it's a waste of time now to contact the merchants.

Possibly some of the payment gateways can still be useful, but unclear.

I have a pending GDPR request with Worldline/PaymentIQ, where I sent all the PaymentIQ transaction ID's from my browser history, my card numbers, and asked them for further information under GDPR.

The normal PaymentIQ support shut me down, will see if anything useful can come from the GDPR request. It's still pending, I made it so far so they asked me to verify my identity. If anything useful comes of it, I will share it here. Maybe save your PaymentIQ transaction ID's from your browser in case you have any.


I also have a pending GDPR request at Paydo where I also was asked to identify myself. To be fair though, I don't even know if I have any payments there 🙂. Will update whatever happens.
