We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Have also sent a statement (only relevant bits) and they say they don’t recognise the transactions. Utter lies.

Ive just wrote them a massive email and showed that I have so much proof on them. I even made a dummy account on goldenbet to make a fake deposit and look what comes up...

How materialgirl84 got so lucky I do not know. They are still sending me the same generic rubbish saying they don't recognise me. I've sent them tons of evidence to show that they have my money but nothing. Scumbags. I'm going to just let my bank deal with it.

I got refunds straight from the merchant. Some of them 2023, some 2024.

I got a reply from pixeleum 3 weeks ago asking for statements but nothing since and I've chased them up as well.

After the second email I send statements and hightlighted the wbmsc transactions and when I woke up this morning they had refunded.

Yeh my bank flat out said no! Definitely chargeback if you can.

Yeh after they said they couldn’t find transactions that’s when I replied with the statements , didn’t hear anymore , just refunds over night
