I sent them this email yesterday and then I had the same reply this morning, but then I looked in my bank account this evening and I have pending payments from them which they refunded. Hopefully you get somewhere too x

Yes. I had over 900 in transactions and got 650 back. They claimed they refunded everything. I was able to raise a chargeback under refund not received because I had the email where the promised a refund. I have to wait until March 12th for the chargeback result for the balance

Is this for the skinsmagnate you got the refund back??

They won’t refund you directly it would have to be by the bank. I contacted them for weeks. Contacted their owner personally and also the place where she works

Did anyone have any success so far with chargebacks thru Revolut? Most of mine were indeed valid and were sent to the merchant, so far none of them replied. The deadlines for the merchants to reply were yesterday and today. When I asked customer support about it they said it can take longer without any explaination. They say they're following VISA regulations but VISA regulations say that if the merchant doesn't reply within 30 days then the case is judged in my favour. So now I'm stuck waiting. Anyone have any experience with this?

Elegro are asking me for a ‘hash number’ as supposedly they can’t identify my transactions as belonging to me, does anyone know what this is?
