Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Sorry but I can’t keep sending it out. It has details in that can easily be found on this forum - the Guardian article, updates on Mastercard investigations, the request from Sky News and the usual information about MCC miscoding, lack of UK licence etc etc. You just need to put all the facts/evidence together and make your individual case which may or may not work.
