We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Hi wondering if anyone can help sent an email a few hours ago regarding KTM/kryptonim and surprisingly they replied within a few hours but unfortunately declined my refund, is there anything else I can do?

Hi, I am requesting a refund on a transactions made through your payment method, that then went to gambling sites. Please let me know what information you need from me. If I don't hear from you in the next 7 days I will contact my bank to escalate a dispute.

You have interacted with our checkout widget and explicitly approved our platform's terms and conditions by placing an order to exchange fiat currency for cryptocurrency. If the wallet address used for the transaction was provided to you by a third party, please note that we are not responsible for verifying the nature of that third party or the accuracy of the provided payment details. We rely on customer instructions and their declaration of control and interest in the specified wallet address. 


After reviewing your case, we must respectfully decline your request for a refund. The transactions you authorized were executed in full compliance with your instructions and our Terms and Conditions available on our website. Kryptonim Sp. z o.o. has fulfilled its contractual obligations, and we established that no grounds exist for the requested refund of the exchanged funds.
