Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Admins keep removing my post about all info about the criminals on MyDates/Grotobook....

They (Grotobook/Mydates) wrote me this:


"Indeed, these transactions were processed through our website using this card. However:


They were conducted via a 3DS terminal, meaning that the cardholder confirmed these transactions through SMS/APP authentication.

We rendered a service to the user who used this card for these purchases.

It's possible that you may have authorized someone else to use your card for payment on our platform."


"We have already provided you all the required information about your

case. You need to solve this situation further with your issuing bank."


And this:


"We have nothing to do with online casinos. We have a clear line of business - selling online books.

It is your right to contact all of the above mentioned authorities and request a chargerback.

In this case, we will be contacted by Mastercard and the payment institute that processes our payments with a request for information."

How did you find Mydates?:0


Can you see if you can Find "Ticketzone, Les Milles" also says "Lovin'You Prod" on the same Transactions.


Blossomnet solutions: just refund if you got Revolut, only refund i got from them actually, tell em you havent got anything and they dont answer mails.
