So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. who was succesfull thru the payment provider and which one?

Anyone who banks with Monzo, when doing chargebacks (which we have to do manually for each one), what do you do when it asks for upload evidence of receipt or order confirmation?

I think they just reckon they’re off the hook under technicalities. I think best to go to the FOS and let them decide.

It’s just frustrating that no one takes any accountability and everyone points the finger at each other and says ‘we just provide technical’ (Tink) or ‘we just run the bank account’ (Clearbank) despite the fact that with just one of those parties missing would mean this wouldn’t happen. I just can’t believe Tink are owned by Visa who are doing nothing themselves.

I just hope one day all of these businesses come tumbling down and get what they deserve!
