Very strange .. if you start to win in the casino the casino very quickly disable your account ,saying they worry about the gambler spending money in the casino . When you depositing thousands gambling they don’t worry about you .. but once you start to win the casino worries about you

Yes ,in few casinos this happened. I don’t want them to worry so much about my money .In casino.com they asked me to send them my pay slip and other documents,other way they will close my account . I wrote to them ,"if you insist so much I don’t mind my account to be closed " and they wrote me back "Because you want to be close account ,we inform you that we close your account "… I said "thank you very much .They closed my account but I still receive from them emails ,asking me to send my pay slip .. I would like to tell them "f…of",but I am polite and ignoring them ..

For now 5 casinos disabled my account ,when I started to win .. most probably they are "sister sites " .. I don’t know what is the reason

Some slightly shady casinos do have very restrictive winnings restrictions, but closing an account... they do not have anything to win from that. A player winning one day is not necessarily a winner forever for them 😏 I do wish you to keep winning though!

More seriously if you are not 100% verified as I seem to understand maybe they just need you to confirm a bit more your real ID for you to keep playing ? (which doesn't seem so unusual)

Ok,you are right ,some of them didn’t close the account but they put me limit and I couldn’t play .. and then I am closing the account because I don’t like somebody to tell me how to spend my money .. But 888 casino closed my account without to give me the reason .. it paid my winning of course.. They are not exactly winnings,just returning my money after I depositing 2-3 th pounds

I understand your point. I can understand that some additional "security" checks can occur while you win big, but those limits set by the casino - not by you, it just sounds too much "responsible".

Players usually complain that it's too hard, impossible, or rather challenging to close the account so they can avoid additional losses. So, I'm pretty surprised.

If you start to win they will limit your depositing and you are not able to play .. 888 just didn’t allow me to login in and when I complained they said the casino has got right to close the account without reason and explanation..they even didn’t make efforts to put limit on my depositing …in case they restricting that I close my account.. I did that in sisters sites casinos and maybe because of that they close my account

I didn’t win big ,I just returned the money that I lost about 2-3 th pounds and maybe the casino wasn’t happy with that .. There is gambling commission in every casino that can restrict your deposits any time ,"worried that I spend too much and asking me about my pay slip " . I have emails from "worried person "

I would not say that any casino has the right to close anyone's account without explanation. Even if you had closed all accounts in sisters sites casinos earlier, I still think that you should know the reason.

Well, we can only guess, but as I already wrote this is a very interesting case. If you got back to zero, it means that you were not only losing, but winning as well. I can imagine that you are not happy about how the casino approached the whole situation, but I would say that truly addicted players (not talking about you of course) can only benefit from such an approach.

I would say that account closer is quite a common issue. Some casinos close players' accounts in order to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
