Hi, those are pretty good questions.
If I were to start with the first one, I wouldn't be sure of the answer, because we don't have an RTP filter. Every provider has some slots that have higher or lower RTP. Of course in every casino it can be different even with the same provider. So sure, if you are interested I would always ask if I didn't see it written anywhere.
As for the bankroll, do you have a strategy or not? Maybe if you look you can find something on the forum.
