1. There's no booker in this world that would consider a cashed out bet and a real bet as a duplicate bet and consider this as a violation. I do not understand why this casino would want to suspend my account and confiscate my account because of this. This casino seem like a fraud.

The bet slips should be available in your account. Can't you post a screenshot? Did you use bonus money or something like this?
Another possibility is they suspend your account as long they investigate the bets. Did you check online for similar cases in other forums?
