What do think is the worst slot for paying out through your own experience. At the moment it has to be Napoleon. Even though it says 95.96% rtp you will be lucky to get anywhere near 20%.

U don't have a Constant to calculate anything there..

So 95% means nothing to us, interceptions happens randomly and could be when someone lose 50 or 1000e ....

out there someone will dep 10-50e and won 48 or 960e...

Despite this i do belive that some casinos nerf some games big time ,even that sometimes they said it's impossible, or have some regulations or legal rights..

But as far as I know, the "wrong" RTP settings are possible only on fake games. The mentioned casino which use lower setting inform players about that in the info page - but who would read that.

bullshit provider play'n'go offer their games to the casinos with a variable RTP that goes down to 84.18% (book of dead) !!

the casinos are able to choose from the folowing RTP percentages for book of dead:  96,21 / 94,25 / 91,25 / 87,25 / 84,18....

malta licensed casinos cannot choose any setting lower than 94% and for the ukgc licensed casinos the lowest would be 91%

No, it means that casinos can set the RTP to lower settings for play'n go and Pragmatic play games, but you will see the real RTP in-game details. However, there are casinos which are using pirated games, where the RTP is manipulated, but they are showing the original (highest) RTP information.

These two for sure, the rest hardly to say, but probably some yes. Personally doesn't matter that they have this setting most important is that the RTP is always visible in-game info. So you can check it before you start to play.

Pirated games, that's a hard topic - some are easy to recognise (different loading screen), but some looks exactly the same. The best way how to recognise them is when there is some change in the loading screen from the manufacturer. (many times this happened in Book of Ra) So you know that if loading screen doesn't change, then the casino doesn't have an official version.  

You can try to find it by inspecting the code - but this is hard when you don't know what are you looking for.

But the easiest way is to check the license of the casino - unlicensed casino operates on the unregulated market = very good chance that they are running pirated games. (and is always better to assume that they have them)

i have to agree ....if you play in a casino with eg mga license you can be pretty sure that 

you won't find any "fake games" here.
