From my own experience (know some ex-Vulkan employee) Vulkan is a reasonable casino. Most of the times you just need to wait and veryfie some documents.
And other thing - you should listen to Radka (btw. im Radek 😛), official complaint will do the job.

I'm glad you mention the waiting as a "common part" of the procedure. Though I empathize with impatient players a bit, in the end, it is usually a question of time. 🙏
The main thing is the casino pays!
