Hello there.
I have found your complaint and can see that unfortunately Nick did not have any luck in resolving it.
If you check these user reviews, made by other players, you may learn they had similar issues. This does not mean it's alright, of course. The safety index of this particular casino is really low as you can see here.
Would you maybe consider checking the safety index of any casino before you decide to play there? In my opinion it would be surely the better option. We learn from our mistakes, what do you think about that?
