De sendte mig en besked, der informerede mig om, at betalinger blev analyseret, men at den var cirka 60 måneder gammel. Og jeg har allerede tjent yderligere 400 reais.

Siden den 18. maj er kontoen blevet bekræftet før, at han foretog to hævninger, alt var normalt, men så foretog han to hævninger mere, og indtil nu har de ikke betalt.

In my opinion, you deserve a decent explanation. Are you still able to contact the casino? If so, what do they say? Maybe we will find something among their replies. 🤔

Problemet er, at jeg ikke kan tale med casinoet, chatten vises ikke, men de svarer ikke på mailen 😢

I'm sorry, because a serious casino should definitely tell the player if something is wrong. 

I've also looked at it's safety index and it's not good, so to tell you the truth, I'm not very surprised. You're not the only one having problems from what you may have read, so that doesn't add to the credit either.

I was also thinking of recommending a complaint but the casino hasn't responded to the last ones so I'm worried how it will end. Of course, at least a small satisfaction would be that the casino would get black points if they fail to resolve the situation and therefore the safety index would be lowered.

Then it will be important to send your husband here and let him file a complaint. As I said, if the casino doesn't resolve it, at least it will have some impact and it will alert other players when the safety index is so low that they shouldn't deposit here.
