Jeg har tidligere fortalt BK8 om min ludomani, men jeg har ikke det fulde skærmbillede af anmodningen, da jeg har lavet denne anmodning via Live Chat, jeg har fortalt dem om min ludomani (Var ikke i skærmbilledet) , Jeg har et skærmbillede af dem, hvori de siger, at de anerkender min ludomani, men de er blevet ved med at argumentere for, at det er et standardsvar, og de kendte ikke til min ludomani. Jeg har ingen kontekst, hvis klageadministratoren har gennemgået den FULDE chatudskrift leveret af kasinoet (hvis nogen), og hvis det blev lukket kun baseret på kasinoets erklæring om "Åh, det vidste jeg ikke, det var et standardsvar, jeg har gennemgået den fulde chat og der var ingen gambling problemer angivet' virker ret uretfærdigt for mig og meget ensidigt, hvis jeg har fremlagt beviserne, og hvad kasinoet leverede var blot påstande.
Har brug for noget input fra jer, hvis dette virkelig er uretfærdigt for mig, jeg har forsøgt at sende en e-mail et par gange til casinoguruen (der var ingen svar), og jeg har forsøgt at genåbne sagen (der var ingen svar) Noget andet jeg kan prøve? Kasinoet nægter at give mig nogen chatudskrift.

Hey guys, need your input here, I recently got my complaint closed and some things seem a little unfair here (Need advice from you guys if you guys think that it is unfair as well)
I have told BK8 about my gambling addiction before, however, I do not have the full screenshot of the request since I've made this request through Live Chat, I've told them about my gambling addiction (Was not in the screenshot) However, I have a screenshot of them stating that they acknowledge my gambling addiction, however, they have gone on to argue that it is a standard reply and they did not know about my gambling addiction. I have no context if the complaint manager has reviewed the FULL chat transcript provided by the casino (If any) and if it was closed just based on the casino's declaration of 'Oh I didn't know, it was a standard reply, I reviewed the full chat and there were no gambling issues stated' seems pretty unfair to me and very 1 sided if I have provided the evidence and what the casino provided were just claims.
Need some input from you guys if this is indeed unfair to me, I've tried to email a few times to casino guru (There were no replies), and I've tried to re-open the case (There were no replies) Anything else I can try? The casino refuses to provide any chat transcript to me.
