Min klage, jeg gerne vil diskutere, handler om Chacha.bet, der tidligere opererede under navnene Lala.bet, angående en ubetalt refusion, som gentagne gange er blevet lovet, men aldrig udbetalt.
Den 18. september 2024 blev jeg udtrykkeligt informeret om, at jeg ville modtage resten af min refusion. Trods denne forsikring er pengene stadig ikke blevet overført.
Denne refusion blev oprindeligt lovet for over 1,5 år siden, og siden da har casinoet løbende forsinket betalingen, samtidig med at de har givet modstridende og vildledende forklaringer.
I løbet af denne periode har Chacha.bet: Gentagne gange ikke overholdt den lovede betaling. Påstået at forsinkelserne skyldtes "tekniske problemer med deres betalingsudbyder". Ingen beviser eller transaktionsreferencer fremlagt. For nylig informeret mig om, at jeg skal vente yderligere seks måneder på en såkaldt "undersøgelse", på trods af at sagen angiveligt allerede er løst. Dette mønster tyder stærkt på en bevidst udsættelse snarere end en legitim undersøgelse.
Derudover benægter Chacha.bet enhver forbindelse med Booms.bet (som også skylder mig penge), hvilket påviseligt er falsk. Jeg har dokumenteret bevis for, at disse casinoer er forbundet. For eksempel modtog jeg en e-mail, der ved et uheld blev sendt af Booms.bet, men underskrevet med "Med venlig hilsen, Lala.bet". Dette modsiger direkte deres udsagn og udgør en klar vildledning.
Derudover er jeg dybt bekymret over deres opførsel på Telegram. Deres såkaldte community manager ser ud til at være en "catfish"-konto, der bruger falske fotografier af en model i stedet for en rigtig repræsentant. Denne persons kommunikation fokuserer på at presse spillere til at fortsætte med at indbetale penge i stedet for at yde ægte support eller løse problemer. Jeg mener, at denne adfærd er vildledende og bevidst designet til at udnytte spillere i stedet for at hjælpe dem.


My complaint I want to discuss is about Chacha.bet, previously operating under the names Lala.bet, regarding an unpaid refund of that has been repeatedly promised but never paid.
On 18 September 2024, I was explicitly informed that I would receive remainder of my refund. Despite this assurance, the funds have still not been transferred.
This refund was originally promised over 1.5 years ago, and since then the casino has continuously delayed payment while providing conflicting and misleading explanations.
Throughout this period, Chacha.bet has: Repeatedly missed promised payment. Claimed delays were caused by "technical problems with their payment provider". Provided no proof or transaction references. Recently informed me that I must wait another six months for a so-called "investigation," despite the matter allegedly already being resolved. This pattern strongly suggests deliberate stalling rather than a legitimate investigation.
Furthermore, Chacha.bet denies any relationship with Booms.bet(who owes me aswell), which is demonstrably false. I have documented proof showing these casinos are connected. For example, I received an email that was accidentally sent by Booms.bet but signed "Kind regards, Lala.bet". This directly contradicts their statements and constitutes clear misrepresentation.
In addition, I am deeply concerned about their conduct on Telegram. Their so-called community manager appears to be a catfish account, using fake photographs of a model rather than a real representative. This individual’s communication focuses on pressuring players to continue depositing money instead of providing genuine support or resolving issues. I believe this behavior is deceptive and intentionally designed to exploit players rather than assist them.
