Has anyone had any shit experiences with them? I know they're one of the payid type casinos but yeah, had an average experience regarding a payout. Won $6k the other day and the forfeited it stating JiliGaming flagged it as suspicious play...

Played no bonuses and my own cash money.

Hello, that sounds nasty. Let's consider the game provider truly marked the gameplay as suspicious; in my opinion, it is always up to the casino to define whether they prefer to penalize the player for suspicion or not take that step and keep the paying customer...

Well, one way or another through the complaint we might find more about this site and its practices. Good step filling the complaint, not just because it's free but also because it may actually help resolve such matters in this casino.

Thanks for your message.

That's what I was thinking also.

In your experience, have they come back to the player and paid the withheld funds out?

My situation is a little bit different circumstances given that they've stated that Jili gaming team are investigating the issue and that it was flagged due to suspicious gameplay, although none of it was suspicious.

I would love to help out with those answers because I understand where those come from. With all honesty, though, this casino has not even been reviewed by my colleagues from the Data Team, which means that the site and its practices are to be revealed.

Many less trustworthy casinos, for example, use "suspicious" as a reason to void winnings; however, as I mentioned earlier, this casino is new to us. Complaint will surely provide more hints. I just hope my colleagues will be successful with finding someone from the casino willing to cooperate; that's always the most crucial part, I'd say.

I get you have tons of questions because the situation is unclear and the casino seems to be quite secretive; however, it is still too early to conclude the outcome. Let's see what can be done, ok?

Cool, thanks for your message. Hopefully things pan out positively for myself and for any others caught up with this casino.

Sorry to be a bother, does that mean someone will be looking into it less than 10days from now?

Cheers

Hello, no bother at all. The general rule of complaint is that each casino has 14 full days to resolve the matter without our intervention. It's not laziness; it's based on the extended experiences telling us that decent casinos are able to do so. Moreover, when we step in, the process usually goes slower because the casino has to cooperate with us, explaining events and so on... it all consumes precious time.

That's why you can read the summary stating that "The player from Australia has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet."

Besides that, this casino is completely unknown to us, and we have to gather some insights in order to have some idea of what to expect and let them know there is a complaint from an actual player.

Complaints take time but still have their value for both sides. Let's stay in touch to see who is going to respond soon; there is still a fair chance the money will come sooner.

Ok, thanks for your reply and the reassurance 🤞

If you need any other details I have screengrabs of deposits, gameplay and winnings, all correspondence etc

Thank you 🙂

You are welcome. 🙂 Those screenshots and details will surely come in handy, if the casino really fails to process the payout(s). Well, still hoping none of this will be necessary...

A detail worth mentioning: every time the complaint needs your attention, you'll receive an email. So, if that is an option for you, you can take break from it at least when it comes to daily check-ins. 🙂

Hi, I understand the investigation hasn't quite yet finished hut I have received an email from the gaming provider Jili Gaming. Should I send it via DM to you guys? Or like should I tell the casino I've received it?

Hi, that's impressive progress you've made. Well done. I would suggest informing the casino and mediator by forwarding Jili's original email to both parties. When it comes to a complaint that appears to be less than 14 days old, I would update the thread by adding a full screenshot of the email right there. Maybe the casino will approve the payouts sooner than the time frame passes. That's still an option, I believe.

Well, didn't really get much more solid info and I literally trawled the internet trying to find some contact for the gaming provider, but it kind of seems like it could possibly be wth a legit provider. And I mean, it's not half obvious how desperately I want my $6k haha Anyhow, this was the back and forth shared between myself and customer service today.file

I see now. So, if I am assuming correctly, the email you received from the perhaps legit game provider does not include any lets say final confirmation and thus the casino keeps telling you to wait for it. Close enough?

Anyway, the more I think about it, the more I'm interested to see this Fafa29 Casino fully reviewed...

Yes you would be correct for thinking that. Basically, now I'm unsure whether or not the provider I contacted is even legitimate, although it seems they are, this is the casino saying it's not. So I am unsure who to believe here. But this is basically what I've faced since 2 weeks ago and they just keep saying that the provider is reviewing the gameplay but like, that's getting a bit old now.

That's a lot of hassle, have you already received your winnings mate? I hate those kind of casinos withdrawal must be instant. Btw I saw a campaign called Cashy Justice Fund, they help players with bad experiences with casinos like that. From what I found out you just need to fill up a form and submit proof on their website once verified they cover your payout themselves. It's completely free try it mate, I saw in their x people already got paid with the same withdrawal issue

Hi, you really need to do your research on things like this. I don't think something like this is realistic or sustainable. Where does this organization get the money to refund players? When a player submits something, based on what criteria and what process does the organization determine that the evidence is valid? In my opinion, it’s not that simple at all, and I’d definitely see a catch in it.

Hey, every time I almost feel like there is an improvement we can count on, it fades away.

I know it's not a very original idea, but the more I read, the more I would leave those questions to the mediators. It's going to be a very stunning confrontation with the casino, I reckon...

How are you holding up anyway? I'm not sure when I last witnessed such an obscure situation.

Hey, can anyone here point to a direct experience? To be honest, this interesting project, funded by casinos, could represent clever and aggressive marketing aimed at hooking frustrated high-roller players, although it lacks transparency as a so-called resolving service for me. Well, I would love to hear from a real person who has received a real refund out of the blue.

Considering how costly it is to get a new player, this approach can provide excellent data and the best possible incentive. It's a deadly combination of you asking me...

But I still hope I'm completely wrong here. 😀

Pretty frustrated to be perfectly honest.

I understand that it's not something to be relied on, but that $6k would've solved many problems at the moment. I'm just really glad I didn't keep on playing because it would've been a much higher win but I was a bit worried as it was at being able to secure those funds because you hear of this happening often.

They posted some testimonies on their x who they helped regarding about their withdrawal issues something like that and got paid, it's on chain too so you can track it. Check their website mate there's more details there about their campaign
