I have deposited over 23k in 3 years of playing withdrawn 6 all up its impossible for me to even get a spin on anything but 25cents. My issue is that my friends play and they get games and fair Gaming experience and also they are all vip with only 7 k deposited and there treated so nice. I can't even get vip I've requested numerous times and the just tell me to keep depositing. How much do they want before putting me up to vip. I honestly think something dogey is going on. I don't support them at all. I just want to say that people who play in casinos mostly lose their money. That's a simple fact. I believe that when you lose your money, you should at least get the best possible treatment for the money you paid. You simply pay for having fun. Being upset not only because of losses, but also because the casino doesn't appreciate you as a player, isn't fun at all.
According to what you're describing here, I feel like it's kind of impossible for you to get in touch with someone who's in charge of their VIP team. Someone who would be able to explain why you're not VIP and your friends are.
