Additionally, the email referenced a game ID number that does not match the actual game ID from the specific draw in question and is inconsistent with previous draws.
This involves a significant sum of money , over $37,000 USD and my friend is understandably confused about how this could happen. The game is drawn every three minutes, consistent with the FastKeno format. I would like to assist him, as he was very excited about his potential win, which has now been dampened by this situation.

If there was an issue with this particular game (game#FK576043), and considering that the results are publicly accessible on their results page—where it is evident that the game was completed without any error messages—why would the system not recognize the round as valid?
