Basically as the title said however the supervisor refused to provide me evidence of how I broke rules.
listed a bonus i apparently used however the bonus does not show in my transaction history.
Quit the chat on me twice and refused to provide me their complaint process or how to ask for a review.
I provided him screenshots of what records I had. He just basically then started to try other excuses..
and the withdrawal shows as Approved in my transaction history, he said this actually means denied 🤦🏻♀️
