FUNID aka PlayID is a fraudulent platform. They are withholding my winnings for verification purposes even though I was already verified.


They requested ID and banking info for the month the month of August. I waited for my monthy bank statement and provided it 12 Sept 2025 which shows every single transaction. Now they are asking for a monthly statement on original pdf format from Bank with interac transactions only. No bank provides that. Which means they had no intentions of sending me my funds below is my last email from them .

Take care! FUNID aka PLAYID is blocking and denying withdrawals lately.

I was playing at casinos linked to FUNID for several months, was working "ok" (if you dont mind waiting 2 or 3 weeks for payouts)


suddenly PLAYID is asking for a 12 months (!) KYC. 12 months bank account, 12 months credit card, 12 months skrill. Is this even legal? then they blocked my account 3 days ago and chat refuses to help 🙁

Dont know what to do now. Waiting for 300€ since 3 weeks.

Nono, the main problem is the blocked PLAYID account. The KYC is pending since 3 days, the withdrawal via PLAYID is pending since 3 weeks. The winning was at "big clash" i think. Linked to PLAYID

well, as you know 3 days waiting for KYC to finish is nothing special.

but what is indeed special: the fact that they completely BLOCKED my account. once again the timeline:


  • i started playing casinos like "big clash" via PLAYID app ~1 year ago. i also did the steps for KYC 1 year ago.
  • i made deposits, i made payouts via playid in the last year, all "ok" . it was working. slow but working.
  • 3 weeks ago i won ~300€ at big clash (linked via PLAYID app) , the withdrawal was pending all the time.
  • few days ago PLAYID BLOCKED my account with error message "restricted" and forced me via email to send 12 months bank account, 12 months credit card, 12 months skrill.

other users report that PLAYID may block accounts for various or even no reason. this is where i get worried and posted here.

yes ,this big clash casino.

but the casino itself should be ok.


The main issue is PlayID. I sendt all the required documents, although i have a bad feeling about sending a 12 month(!) history of all my bank account, credit card and psc/skrill.


So we wait for the PlayID support/kyc-team and lets see what happens next.
