Every single time I try to post a review that is negative it gets rejected but everytime I do a positive one it gets accepted.


Can Casinoguru be a little less money hungry please? You clearly want only positive reviews so people sign up and give you affy money.


This website isnt really for the players it seems and more so for the casino and only cares about affiliate commission.

Well, I have checked those user reviews of yours that were rejected and have found out that actually one was rejected because it was purely about a bonus, which doesn't describe any qualities of the casino, actually. Please know that user reviews are supposed to do exactly that, you know.

The other one was rejected because you wrote only about losing at another online casino. Again, nothing about its qualities.

And the last one - we actually asked you to provide more details about the fact that you'd like to give the casino such a low rating, which you actually never did. 🤷‍♀️

Also, with every rejection, you got an explanation about the reason. Right?

So, we surely don't hide anything, surely don't publish only good reviews, and surely publish every user review that is in accordance with our guidelines.

Simples. 🤷‍♀️

Actually if you see...it is about more than that.


As you can clearly see I rated various aspects about their casino and not just bonuses.


Anytime I provide ONE positive thing, its approved. if I post one bad thing its denied.


Why cant I rate a casino on their bonus rules behavior? What makes it illegal? There is a policy that there needs to be 2 things wrong?


I played there, gave my feedback and posted it. This is the policy.


I suggest to stop deleting negative reviews because you feel it hurts your chances of getting affiliate commission.

We don’t reject reviews because they’re negative. We reject them when they don’t follow our review guidelines. These aren't based on tone but on the actual content of the review.

For example, if a review only talks about bonus terms or the fact that you lost money, it doesn’t help others understand the qualities of the casino—things like customer support, verification speed, withdrawals, fairness, or the overall experience. That’s the kind of insight we aim to collect and show that describes casinos.

We regularly publish very critical reviews. What they have in common is that they focus on the player’s experience in a way that’s useful for others. We also include a reason with every rejected review, so you know what was missing and have a chance to rewrite it.

I know it’s easy to assume we’re protecting casinos for affiliate reasons. But honestly, if that were our goal, we wouldn’t even allow user reviews or complaints in the first place. Negative feedback has a real impact on our rankings and on how players view a casino. That’s a big part of why the system exists.

If you’d like to rework your review and focus more on how the bonus rules were applied or how the staff handled your case, we’d be happy to take another look.
