Hello.
Please know that it is due to safety measures as we have many cases that our user got unfortunately scamed.
We would like to prevent this from happening to anyone as much as possible.

It is due to your safety. We had many of our users telling us that they have been scammed. As soon as these scammers see that there is a disputed amount and they have the information about how much it is exactly, it is easier for them to get it out somehow from the innocent people, you know.

As long as the complaint is still in progress, this information is intentionally hidden for security reasons. Unfortunately, we’ve had past cases where scammers targeted players after seeing specific details (such as the disputed amount) in open complaints. To help protect our users, we now keep this information private until the case is closed.
